The way through.

A community ground is not where the story ends—it is where it begins. The design measures success by the day a person no longer needs it.

The loop that runs both ways

01Land and stabilise

A secure, affordable place; the basics handled; breathing room.

02Contribute

Projects, maintenance, mentoring—the real work of running and improving the ground and the town around it.

03The record builds

Skills, credentials and obligation costs accumulate in the person's community portfolio—theirs to keep.

04The way out

A job, a venture, a home—on terms the person built.

Read left to right: stability makes practical choices possible. The aim is a pathway onward, not permanent dependency.

The people rebuilding are the people building

The people on the ground are not recipients of a service—they are the workforce, the testers and the proof. The cooperative projects they do benefit the community and themselves at once: skills, credentials and equity accrue to the person doing the work. That reciprocity is the ecosystem functioning—support received becomes support provided to the next person who lands.

Success is leaving

The grounds are a springboard, not a destination—the journey out page details the pathways. A completed stay means someone left for something better, and the infrastructure remains, ready for whoever comes next.
