Expression of interest form

Community Grounds are a proposal, not yet an operating program. We welcome expressions of interest from community organisations, businesses, foundations, service providers, landholders, researchers and people who may wish to participate. Support may be financial, practical, technical, in-kind or community-based. An EOI does not commit either party.

Grounds are proposed as participatory places for temporary stays, shared activity and local connection—not permanent residential estates. Subject to site arrangements and individual circumstances, participants would ordinarily move on after about three months.

Visible non-government support may help inform future discussions about public co-investment. Any government participation would be subject to separate decisions, eligibility and approvals.
